Dr. Natalie Jones

Associate Veterinarian

Natalie grew up in Orleans, Ontario, with her mother, sister, and family pets. She moved to Guelph for university, and the city quickly became a second home. She did her undergraduate studies in Biomedical Sciences, and then attended Ontario Veterinary College, graduating with honours in 2011.

Since that time, Natalie has practiced small animal medicine at several animal hospitals, and grown particularly passionate about feline preventative medicine and rehabilitation therapy. She joined the team at Southside Animal Clinic in February 2017, where she loves getting to work with fantastic clients and colleagues.

Natalie has recently completed training to become a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist. She has a special interest in helping patients struggling with mobility due to arthritis or weight, as well as those with injuries or after surgery. Through laser therapy, tailored exercise plans, and manual therapies, you can work with her to improve your pet’s comfort and function.

In her spare time, Natalie also enjoys gardening, cooking, and kayaking. She loves spending time with her friends and family, as well as with her sweet cats, Nala and Noodle.

“I look forward to helping you keep your furry kids happy and healthy!”
